Eagle Hot Knife Heating Bit

I work for years at the printing industry and this Knife Heating take to much time to get the proper temperature specially when the building temperature is les that 65 degree I notice that smaller blades obtain the proper degree faster. Like one inch. In most industry time is critical and most production personal can't see way it take over 10minute to get the job down.
