Problem: Paper and cardboard sheets must be conveyed without marking and stacked in correct alignment. Product slippage during conveying is common and can damage the finished goods.

Solution: We offer a range of Eagle Polyurethane Belts to be used in this sector on flat sheet or packed sheet conveying lines and packaging machinery. The range includes different material hardnesses and finishes which mean we have a solution for most products, from smooth to abrasive surfaces. We also suggest Eagle SuperGrip Top which is used on some packaging lines to minimize slippage and ensure that sheets are correctly aligned.
