Eagle Reinforced Polyurethane Belting is 85A, 89A or 95A polyurethane reinforced with polyester cords or tape for additional strength and reduced stretch, making it the ideal choice for heavy-duty conveying applications where loads cause non-reinforced belts to elongate and slip. May require larger pulley diameter and the addition of take-ups to the drive system. Excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals and solvents.

When to specify Eagle Reinforced Polyurethane Belting:

• Any applications where non-reinforced round or V sections of polyurethane belting are stretching due to excess loads or center distances
• Medium- to heavy-duty applications
• Conveying or diverging applications, i.e. product sizing
• For conveying wood, laminate, roof and ceiling tile
