Problem: Changing six sets of two SPB endless wedge belts on this Riecam RBM300S Sugar Beet Harvester called for a two-day strip down and rebuild to gain open access to the drives. In addition, the abrasive operating conditions of soil and stones and the exposure to outdoor conditions was resulting in premature failure of rubber belts.

Solution: Fitting SuperTLink reduced the two-day fitting time to just two hours, as no dismantling was required. In addition, the belt lifespan was increased as SuperTLink provided a high resistance to the harsh operating conditions.
