CNC Machinist I

The CNC Machinist I’s function is to produce, assemble and package parts into drawing specifications.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Setup, operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes making adjustments as necessary
  • Perform visual inspection and gauging to meet product quality requirements
  • Perform material handling by operating company equipment safely
  • Perform limited routine maintenance on machines (change coolant, check fluid levels etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Previous experience running machining equipment (lathes and mills) desired
  • Demonstrated skills in math, reading blue prints, and using measurement equipment desired

Operator Assembler

Department: Molding – 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities:

The Assembler/Operator’s function is to produce/assemble products both manually and through the use of machinery.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operate machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, etc) in the given work area to successfully achieve production rates
  • Assist in the setup of work stations to produce product
  • Assist with performing quality inspections as directed by the Control Plan (to include the use of precision measuring equipment as well as visual inspection of product), properly identify and secure non-conforming product, and perform rework as needed

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Able to read and understand part drawings and shop paperwork
  • Able to work independently at a steady, high production rate
