We currently have an opening for a Brand Specialist who will work to inspire and drive the connection of our products and brand with our customers. He/She will be responsible for brand awareness and growth of our market portfolio. This position will support the development of strategic marketing plans and product launches, and be responsible for monitoring industry trends through customer outreach and market research efforts.  Accountabilities include:


  • Define and cultivate brand identity and shape how it comes across all marketing channels.
  • Architect how customers experience the company’s product brand portfolio to deliver consistent brand messaging to target audiences.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy including, but not limited to placements, media requests, blog posts, social media content, stories, website content, and PR agency management.
  • Lead the creative vision and constantly reinvent and reinforce the Fenner Drives product portfolio of brands through the design and development of innovative marketing materials.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring an effective allocation of spend.
  • Manage and report on the metrics for measuring consumer brand performance.
  • Maintain and Promote Fenner Precision Polymers Values and Behaviors at all times


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from a four-year college or university as well as experience with graphic design.

 Applications Engineer 

Location: Manheim, PA

Provide full technical support to the Global Sales, Training and Marketing Group by answering technical questions, troubleshooting customer problems, designing systems, analyzing applications, training on products and applications, and offering technical input and insight; provide liaison support between Operations and Sales groups for product application related issues.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES  (The job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)

1.   Provide full range of technical support to the Sales teams and customers.

2.   Travel up to 30% domestically and 5% internationally to support sales development activities.

3.   Maintain the knowledge and expertise necessary to help customers utilize the full range of Fenner’s products (elastomeric, textiles, etc.).

4.   Support Product Management and MarCom with technical input of customer communications to ensure accurate and positive technical information is presented.

5.   Participate as a key member of one or more Product Teams.

6.   Develop and provide technical training (product and applications).

7.   Partner with Product Engineering on projects to provide technical input and Beta site support.

8.   Oversee and manage all ADS and Application Related Customer Feedbacks/RGAs to ensure timely completion.

9.   Support all team members in efforts.  Provide constructive input and ideas for constant improvement of the team and team practices.

10. Communicate regular and effective project status, new applications, customer feedback, etc (meetings, reports, presentations).

11. Adapt willingly to changing business needs and goals.

Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering highly preferred.

  • Experience answering questions regarding product application
  • Experience translating technical information to non-technical people
  • Able to work cross functionally and with different levels in the organization
  • Ability to be hands on when application is required
