We currently have an opening for a Network Administrator to be responsible for the stability and reliability of all systems network communications, server hardware, server operating systems and related infrastructure. This individual is responsible for effective installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure as well as ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.

  • Ensure Network security and stability, including LAN, WAN, and Internet Access.
  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards
  • Daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
  • Daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
  • Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree from a college/university or technical school; or five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as well as experience with: MS Server 2012r2 (or newer) Administration, Windows 7 Active Directory/Network Integration and VM Ware Virtual Server Administration.

Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve the sales objectives assigned to them.

 

The RSM will be primarily responsible for identifying sales opportunities within a defined geographic region and work to favorably position appropriate and authorized company offerings with the goal of maintaining current customers and driving sales growth.

 

The RSM will oversee and manage a network of contracted Manufactured Representatives (MF) to work in cooperation to achieve primary sales goals. The RSM will conduct ongoing training and coordination of the MF with an expressed goal of establishing and maintaining priority participation of MF sales activities.

 

The RSM will visit directly with key clients and decision makers on a repeating basis to educate and advocate the complete product offering with the expressed purpose of establishing direct relationship with Fenner Drives or distributor partners.

 

During the pre-order phase of the sales process the RSM will work in cooperation with Global Sales Support, Inside Sales, Product Managers and Application Engineering (AE) to provide complete and accurate technical & costing information to the client on a timely basis.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
  • MBA preferred

Basic Scope/Purpose:

Responsible for the entry of customer orders, customer complaints, and all other administrative tasks that pertain to customer interactions (ie., website review, open order reports, schedules).

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Accurate and timely entry of customer's orders.
  2. Handling of Customer Complaints, including entry and update of the Industrial Feedback Log.
