Application: Stepper/Servo Motors

Problem: Need the ability to infinitely adjust or time the actuator. Traditional mounting concepts such as key, press fit, quick detachable bushing, etc. will not allow this.

Solution: Trantorque Mini Keyless Bushing. The unique single nut concept offers tremendous flexibility in use, allowing for infinite positioning. The component can be mountedin any radial or axial position, allowing for precise timing or synchronization in seconds. The mechanical shrink fit provides exceptional holding power and is unaffected by starts, stops and torque reversals.

Mounting small timing belts sprockets and other minature components can present a challenge on today's servo and stepper motors: short output shafts with no keyways make traditional component mounting options poor choices.
