Fenner Drives expands NinjaFlex™ Flexible 3D Printing Filament Line
MANHEIM, PA, Feb. 17, 2014 - Fenner Drives has introduced five additional colors to the popular NinjaFlex flexible filament offering: Lava (orange), Grass (green), Flamingo (pink), Sun (yellow) and Water (semi-transparent). These new colors, available in 1.75mm and 3mm diameters, are in addition to the four existing colors: Midnight (black), Snow (white), Fire (red) and Sapphire (blue).
Since its introduction in October 2013, NinjaFlex has revolutionized the art of 3D printing. Utilizing their expertise in thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), Fenner Drives created NinjaFlex, a new type of filament for 3D printing with elastic properties. Unlike other filaments that produce rigid prints, NinjaFlex produces objects that are flexible yet extremely strong and resilient. NinjaFlex’s patent pending technology provides for low tack and a low coefficient of friction, so the filament is easily fed into 3D printers.
“Customers have been asking us about new colors and we are extremely excited to offer the new color selection,” said Erica Fingar, Product Manager. “NinjaFlex is expanding the possibilities in 3D printing. We continue to be amazed with what our customers are creating with NinjaFlex. The expanded color line should inspire our customers even further”
All nine colors in both diameters are available through fennerdrives.com/3d and a select group of 3D print supply distributors.
