We’ve all done it. We’ve walked past someone at work and thought, “I should know who that is.” With Fenner Precision Polymers continually striving to grow this could occur more often as we branch out. So, we decided to start this Employee Spotlight blog on our website. Each month we will feature two employees from Fenner Precision Polymers.
With our first Spotlight, we are happy to introduce you to Romina Burnette!
Romina is still relatively new at Fenner Precision Polymers with right around a year of service, but she has already moved into a new role. Her new role is Total Rewards Manager. She says, “I am at the crux of developing, administering and supporting initiatives that make your work life and personal life the best it can be. I have touch points with every single employee at Fenner Precision Polymers.” Her role is geared towards enhancing the employee experience at Fenner Precision Polymers by pairing you with the appropriate resource(s) to ensure you are making the most out of the tools and resources available to you.
Interacting with people is a big part of Romina’s responsibilities. She enjoys the variety her job provides and working with all the different departments and people. She enthusiastically expresses, “My role gives me the opportunity to learn about all of the neat projects going on in the organization and the wonderful people who make it all possible!”
But there is more to Romina than just work. She states, “I enjoy traveling back to my hometown in Virginia or exploring various places in Pennsylvania with my husband and two pups.” She also enjoys hanging out with friends at various restaurants, but she is just as happy experimenting with new recipes at home. Who knows, maybe she’ll share a future recipe?
