Application: Trencher for installing lawn sprinkler systems

Problem: Captive V-belt drive needed a means of tensioning the belt. To keep maintenance at a minimum, the customer wanted an automatic tensioning device in lieu of a manually adjustable type.

Solution: T-Max rotary spring-loaded tensioner. Provides the automatic tensioning method desired by the customer. Bi-directional tensioner arm swings in an arc to tension the belt. Rugged aluminum construction.
