Problem: Maintaining correct belt tension in a gritty, dirtly environment.

Solution: T-Max automatic spring-loaded rotary tensioner with composite PowerMax Idler Pulley. This arrangement utilizes a flat idler pulley which is held against the underside of a two-rib banded belt with a constant force generated by the spring. The advantage is controlled belt tension over a longer period of time. It eliminates the need for manual adjustment reducing maintenance time, the costs associated with it and maintains satisfactory belt tension at all times.
