Taking pride in your work provides satisfaction for a job well done. Phebia Hart Bailey has done just that during her 12 years at Fenner Drives’ Wilmington, North Carolina production facility.
As an Assembly Operator II, Phebia operates one of our molding machines and packages finished idlers and sprockets for our customers. She is responsible for training others on the same machinery ensuring they can achieve the necessary production rates. During each shift she is responsible for performing quality inspections three times. She finds enjoyment and satisfaction in her job stating, “I love performing inspections on a new product for the first time.”
Phebia has a few passions outside of work too. She looks forward to playing Bingo and during her down time you can find her enjoying one of her Seek and Find puzzle books. She values her weekends and attending church. “I love going to church,” she explains.
