Solution: Fenner Drives’ Polyurethane conveyor Belts are widely used in the food processing industry for conveying either packages or raw food. Our Eagle line offers a wide range of belts that are manufactured from FDA compliant materials. New additions to our Eagle line includes our EC products that are best suited for light to medium-duty conveying applications involving direct food contact. When used in a range of “typical” process environments, Eagle EC belting will not transfer its components into food in quantities that could endanger human health, change the composition of the food in an unacceptable way or deteriorate the taste and smell of foodstuffs.
