Title: Reporting & Analysis Manager
Evron Natty is one of more than 1.4 million professionals we salute on International Accounting Day. He is a reporting and analysis manager for Fenner supporting PRP US as well as the divisional consolidation. He has been with the company 5 years, managing the budget and forecasting process and conducting variance analysis (i.e., monitoring operational performance).
Evaluating existing and proposed programs for investments and developing financial models for decision support are also a key part of his responsibilities. In addition, his position supports the divisional controller across all lines of business in reporting topics. That includes providing key-data and high-level analytics and insights.
What Evron enjoys most is working with Fenner and Michelin colleagues from all levels of the business. Having a job that allows him to use skills in which he is most confident and proficient is extremely fulfilling. Working as part of a team to solve or create solutions for complex problems is also rewarding. However, despite his focus on work, Evron carefully manages great work-life balance.
He is all about family and spending time together as much as possible. For him, nothing is better than going on vacations with his wife and two kids or just hanging around the house watching movies, playing games, or watching sports.
When it comes to his “me time” Evron likes taking in a nice comedy or sci-fi, but he prefers a documentary about space, the universe, and astronomy. Finally, he is also a huge Philadelphia sports fan (4 for 4. Meaning all four of the major teams). He is most passionate about the Eagles. When he has time, Evron likes playing basketball and other sports – and yes, he is a bit competitive.
