Fenner Precision Polymers is fortunate to have no shortage of dedicated and experienced professionals, Jessica Wadsworth is one of them. She is a senior HR business partner with more than nine years of HR experience, seven with Fenner.
Jessica’s responsibilities play a critical role in building relationships, connecting people with resources, ensuring growth and enjoyment in work, and finding the right opportunities for employees. Her work has been an integral part of the Fenner team. As an HR business partner, she has gained extensive experience in managing employee relations, recruiting, and developing talent. In addition, Jessica has a deep understanding of the company's culture, which has helped her build a strong connection with employees. Her ability to communicate effectively and engage with people on a personal level has made her an asset to the entire organization.
One of Jessica's favorite memories at Fenner is working with leadership to develop teams and provide on-the-job learning experiences for interns. Her passion for developing talent enables employees to reach their full potential, and she is always ready to help people in any way she can.
