What Paul enjoys most about his job is the employee engagement within the company, which provided him the opportunity for internal career progression and training in the HSE field. He takes great pride in working with the welcoming and cohesive Health, safety and environmental team at Fenner, collaborating with various departments within the Lincoln site and the global HSE team. Together, they ensure alignment in their commitment to safety and compliance, promoting a safer and more sustainable workplace.
Outside of his work at Fenner, Paul values spending quality time with his family. Last year, he proposed to his partner, and they are currently immersed in the joyful process of planning their wedding. Paul also finds joy in outdoor activities like bike riding. He often reminisces about his camping trip in the Peak District last summer, where he explored the picturesque countryside along parts of the Pennine cycleway. He intends to revisit the region this summer to take in the stunning vistas once again.
