Collaborating closely with the planner and site supervisor, his planning and strategic execution have been instrumental in ensuring on-time delivery and elevating operational efficiency.

While away from work, he explores new destinations through travel, and enjoys engaging his mind with a good game of cards.
Furthermore, Richard and his partner achieved an impressive second place in our recent 2nd Annual Corn Hole Tournament held at our Lancaster, PA facilities. The tournament had a dual purpose: to have fun and to raise funds and gather toys for the Toys for Tots initiative. Richard holds a deep fondness for this organization and consistently contributes annually. This year, his generosity extended even further by matching the company's donation, significantly enhancing the holiday season for numerous children in the local area.
