Fenner Precision Polymers Acquires Fabri Cote, broadening the global technical textile and coated fabric portfolio and expanding market presence.
(February 3, 2020, Manheim, PA) - Manheim based Fenner Precision Polymers, a member of the High Tech Materials Division of the Michelin Group, is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets and business of Los Angeles based Fabri Cote, founded in 1970, which operates as a specialist manufacturer of custom coated textiles.
Fabri Cote joins the growing Fenner Precision Polymers Business Line, with operations in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Lincoln UK, and Shanghai China. Fenner Precision Polymers provides polymeric, metal, and textile based industrial solutions that add recognized value to motion control, power transfer, and related applications.
Fabri Cote is a market leader in development and production of custom rubber coated fabrics primarily for aerospace applications. Solving problems for customers with innovative, high quality solutions has positioned Fabri Cote in the industry as a trusted partner. ISO:9001 and AS9100C QMS certifications ensure continually improving performance for all customers.
All employees of Fabri Cote have been offered positions in the new unit of Precision Polymers.
